Rasmus Munk is chef and co-owner of Restaurant Alchemist in Copenhagen. He has created a gastronomic universe where he includes art and science in a completely new way. At Alchemist he challenges traditional norms by arousing thoughts about important life issues through food. Rasmus talks about growing up in Jutland, the turning point in cooking school, his holistic cuisine and how the time in lockdown has created new energy and new ideas. The interview is in English.
