Kristian Smith grew up in London with a Swedish mother and Jamaican father. He was about 20 years old when he visited Jamaica for the first time - and he fell in love with the country and the Jamaican cuisine. Food and music has always been a big part of his life and in this episode Kristian talkes about his connection to Jamaica, his cookbook Roots, Jerk chicken and how corona might change the gastronomy scene.
